Responsibilities of the Job :

1.   Attending Calls and Responding to the Emails

2.   Entering the new Customers information into the Computer

3.   Identifying issues and Solving them

4.   Handling the Customer Quires both Telephonically and by Email.

5.   Managing and giving solutions to the Customers Complaints.

6.   Complete Call Logs

7.   Produce Call Reports.

Requirements :

Ø  Candidate Must have Good Knowledge on Computer.

Ø  Candidate must have required Language Proficiency.

Ø  Knowledge of Call centre Telephony and Technology

Ø  Must have good data entry and speed typing Skills.

Work Shifts :

ü  Female – Regular shift

ü  Male : Willing to work in Rotational Shifts
